With nearly a decade of mortgage lending experience and more than 15 years of leadership, coaching, and management experience, Ajay brings a calm, strategic, and personal approach to every client relationship.

Before entering the mortgage industry, Ajay worked in roles centered around leadership, discipline, and helping families through important life decisions. His background as a martial arts instructor, Child Protective Services Worker, and Foster Care Social Worker shaped the way he communicates, listens, and guides people today.

Ajay brings that same experience into the mortgage process by making complex financing feel clear, familiar, and easier to understand. He does not see a loan as just a loan. He sees the family trying to find the right home, the investor working to build long-term wealth, and the real estate agent who needs a dependable partner to help their client close with confidence.
